Location & Directions

From Inverness, continue north on the A9 towards Wick/Thurso, going over both the Kessock and Cromarty bridges, until you get to The Storehouse of Foulis (on your right).  Take the next turning left, signposted Evanton (B817).  At the co-op, turn left (Chapel Road), then take the third turning left (Hermitage Street), signposted Swordale.  At the new housing development (Drummond View), turn right (Swordale Road) and keep going up the hill.  The property is exactly 2 miles from the co-op, and is on the right hand side.  If you are using SatNav, this will only take you to the first house (which are Swordale Cottages), so go a little further (about 50 yards) and you will see the Steadings on your right. No.3 is the one facing you as you turn into the small car park. What3Words will show you the exact location, and there is an App that you can download to your mobile.
